PCC Cleaning & Restoration Large Mobile Desiccant Dehumidifier Units

To handle water loss in any size structure!

When building materials come in contact with water due to piping failures, flooding, storms, or by water used to extinguish a fire at your location, losses can be contained by quickly drying out the structure using a Desiccant Dehumidifier Unit. Desiccant dehumidifiers are used to quickly provide a low-vapor pressure air stream to facilitate rapid evaporation to restore the structure to pre-loss moisture levels. The low vapor pressure acts as a sponge to pull moisture from building materials. PCC Cleaning & Restoration's Desiccant dehumidifiers are some of the most effective systems on the market to dry your structure quickly to minimize damage caused from water loss.

Our trailer mounted desiccant dehumidifier systems can be configured in various ways to provide temporary humidity control. The trailer mounted series we use quickly achieve targeted drying results and can be used for a variety of commercial and industrial drying applications, but are primarily used in our industry to quickly dry large structures compromised by water loss. This helps to quickly mitigate the damage caused by a water damage loss at your location, including greatly reducing the exposure time to moisture, thereby minimizing the opportunity for mold growth and the damage it may also cause.

PCC Cleaning & Restoration Mobile Generators

No power? No problem!

When disaster strikes, often times one of the biggest challenges to getting teams to work mitigating the issues is lack of available power for the equipment needed to get the project moving. With PCC Cleaning & Restoration this is not a problem! We have a fleet of mobile power generators to provide on-site power for the equipment and other electrical needs that may be required. We have a the capability of providing power to almost any size facility or structure to make sure the project stays on task and on schedule regardless of whether building power is available or not.

Not only are these portable generators beneficial because of their ability to go where the power source is needed most, they also offer ultra quiet operation – which is great when working in more populated areas with zoning laws; optimum performance – which means we can power the equipment your job requires; and superior reliability – which means our generators will work every time we call upon them. These units are built to be used in even the most rugged conditions. The metal enclosure not only helps cut down on noise pollution, it also protects the machine from the daily wear and tear of being used on tough job sites.

PCC Cleaning & Restoration Mobile Water Extraction Unit

This unit will remove the water quickly!

This unit is specifically designed to provide high speed water extraction when time is of the utmost essence. The faster the water from the damaged area can be removed, the quicker drying equipment can be placed to start returning the structure to pre-loss condition. This unit is literally a water loss hospital on wheels. With the ProChem Legend GT Extraction unit, air scrubbers, portable dryer/dehumidifiers, and a large inventory of air movers on board, you can breath a sigh of relief when you see the PCC Cleaning & Restoration logo on this unit pull up on site.

Designed to extract the excess water quickly and efficiently, and then allow us to immediately place dehumidifiers and air movers in your structure to begin removing the moisture left behind, we can minimize the overall damage caused by whatever the source of your water loss is. No other company in Oklahoma or NW Arkansas is better equipped, or more skilled, at removing the water and mitigating the damage caused by that event than PCC Cleaning & Restoration!

PCC Cleaning & Restoration TES Drying Unit

Mobile TES (Thermal Energy Systems) High Capacity Drying Unit

TES stands for Thermal Energy System and represents a practical way to implement a new understanding of the Science of Drying that allows PCC Cleaning & Restoration to dry wet structures at least twice as fast as ever before! Portable TES units will completely dry Class 1 and 2 water losses involving up to 1500 sq. ft. in 30 hours or even faster! Class 3 and 4 losses will take longer to dry with smaller portable units, but with our trailer mounted Mobile Unit, we can dry larger structures dramatically faster than conventional drying systems.

A TES Unit is a unique, patent-pending water damage restoration system that utilizes Directed Heat Drying and the "Reets Evaporation Method" combining controlled heat and air flow to produce high-speed evaporation, dramatically improving the drying process for the fastest drying ever! TES Units fully complies with the IICRC S500 Standard for structural and material drying procedures. The standard not only recognizes every one of the principles of drying used by TES, it recognizes the science behind TES, but in many situations, heat based drying systems (also called thermal drying systems in the S500) using negative pressure along with dehumidification by exchange of indoor air with outdoor air is the RECOMMENDED method.
